"Service" refers to the Shahin EV mobile application (available on iOS and Android), website, and all related services operated by Shahin EV.
"User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, and uses the Shahin EV application.
"Account" means the personal account created when you register for the Service.
"Subscription" refers to access to the Shahin EV network and EV charging stations.
"EV Charging Partner" refers to third-party companies that operate charging stations accessible through the Shahin EV network.
"Personal Data" refers to information that can identify you, including your name, email, phone number, date of birth, password, and location data.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the Shahin EV Service and do not apply to activities or services unrelated to the Shahin EV platform.
To use the Shahin EV Service, you must create an account by providing the following information:
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
You agree to notify Shahin EV immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you personally authorized them. Shahin EV is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password.
You may modify your account information at any time through the "Settings" section of the Shahin EV application. Certain information, such as your phone number and email address, may be required to verify your identity and cannot be changed without proper verification.
The Shahin EV Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Shahin EV does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors under the age of 18. If Shahin EV discovers that a user is under 18 years of age, Shahin EV reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate that user's account.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered for a Shahin EV account should contact us immediately at the contact information provided in Section 18.
As of the date of these Terms and Conditions, Shahin EV offers a free subscription to access our EV charging network. This free access grants you the right to:
Shahin EV may, at its sole discretion, introduce paid subscription plans or service fees in the future. If payment plans are introduced, Shahin EV will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to all existing users. Continued use of the Service following the implementation of paid plans constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users who do not accept the updated terms may delete their accounts in accordance with Section 15.
Shahin EV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Shahin EV application solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not permit you to resell, distribute, or transfer your account access to third parties.
Your Subscription access may be restricted or terminated immediately if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service.

To provide charging station discovery and navigation services, Shahin EV requires access to your device's location. You can modify location permissions at any time through your device settings. Please note that disabling location access may limit the functionality of the Shahin EV app, including the ability to discover nearby charging stations.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Shahin EV Service:
Shahin EV provides access to EV charging stations operated by multiple third-party companies (EV Charging Partners). While Shahin EV strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding these charging stations, Shahin EV does not own or operate the charging stations themselves.
EV charging station availability, functionality, and operating hours are subject to the control and maintenance practices of the respective EV Charging Partners. Shahin EV does not guarantee continuous availability of any charging station. Charging stations may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond Shahin EV's control.
Each EV Charging Partner may establish its own terms of use, pricing (when applicable), and operational guidelines. When accessing a charging station, you agree to comply with:
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is compatible with the charging connector being used. You agree to use charging equipment properly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. You are liable for any damage to charging equipment caused by your misuse, negligence, or willful misconduct. Shahin EV and the EV Charging Partners are not responsible for damage to your vehicle or charging equipment resulting from your improper use.
If you encounter any safety hazards, malfunctioning equipment, or security concerns at a charging station, you must immediately cease using that station and report the issue to the relevant EV Charging Partner and Shahin EV through the in-app support feature.
Shahin EV currently provides free access to the EV charging network. No payment is required to download, install, or use the Service at this time.
Shahin EV reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans, premium features, or charging fees at any time. If Shahin EV implements payment-based services:
When payment-based services are introduced, Shahin EV will accept various payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other secure payment options.
Refund eligibility and procedures will be specified in the payment terms at the time paid services are introduced. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or consumed.
You agree to use the Shahin EV Service in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not engage in any conduct that:

By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content through the Shahin EV Service, you grant Shahin EV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for service improvement and marketing purposes.
The Shahin EV Service may contain content from third parties, including EV Charging Partners, map providers, and other licensors. Such third-party content is governed by separate intellectual property rights and is not owned by Shahin EV.
The Shahin EV Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Shahin EV does not represent or warrant that the Service will be:
Shahin EV disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Shahin EV does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
In no event shall Shahin EV's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Shahin EV in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all claims, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise.
Shahin EV is not responsible for:
You assume all risks associated with your use of the Shahin EV Service and EV charging stations, including physical injury, property damage, or vehicle damage. You acknowledge that charging infrastructure carries inherent risks and agree to use charging equipment responsibly and at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shahin EV, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to:
The Shahin EV Service connects you with charging stations operated by third-party companies. These third parties' operations, policies, and conduct are independent of Shahin EV. Shahin EV does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the services provided by EV Charging Partners.
The Shahin EV Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services. Shahin EV is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policies, not by Shahin EV's.
While Shahin EV attempts to maintain accurate information about charging station availability and details, Shahin EV does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such information. You are responsible for verifying charging station details and availability directly with the relevant EV Charging Partner if necessary.
Shahin EV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any features within the Service) at any time, with or without advance notice. Such modifications may include:
For significant modifications that adversely affect your access to the Service, Shahin EV will provide notice through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Shahin EV may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the app and on Shahin EV's website. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
You may terminate your Shahin EV account at any time by:
Upon account deletion, your Personal Data will be permanently removed from Shahin EV's systems within 30 days, except as required by law.

If you have a dispute with Shahin EV, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal communication. Please contact Shahin EV support with details of your complaint, and Shahin EV will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 14 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to Shahin EV's management team. Shahin EV will respond to written complaints within 30 days with a proposed resolution.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above procedures shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Shahin EV is headquartered. Both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive remedy for resolving disputes, and waive any right to pursue litigation in court.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Shahin EV Service must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or forever be barred.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shahin EV is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted in the English language.
If Shahin EV is established in a jurisdiction outside your country of residence, please note that these terms may be subject to international regulatory requirements, and local laws may apply to certain aspects of the Service.
